Zoom // PLAYING LIVEGYRATORY SYSTEM Using trumpets, wind instruments, bass and a slew of electronic    gadgets, Gyratory System combine elements of free jazz with intense    beats and motorik rhythms, sitting somewhere between the free-flowing no    wave of The Contortions and Maximum Joy and more modern electronic    experimentations such as Four Tet and Fuck Buttons. The older generation    of LTMN-goers may remember Gyratory System from when we had them up   two  years ago. Since then, they’ve released a new album, ‘New Harmony’,   on  the ever-impressive Angular Recordings (home of experimental   art-pop  groups such as These New Puritans and Klaxons) to intensely   positive  reviews. Expect to hear a wall of sound big enough to bring   the roof of  Tommy’s to the ground.FICTIONAL THINGS Entirely improvised psychedelic three-piece from East London. Expect    hypnotic rhythms and intense grooves stretched out to breaking point.    Given their improvised nature, you literally won’t hear this any other    time. They’ve been holding down a residency at the Montague Arms in New    Cross for a few months now and it’s gonna be real blast having them   down  in Egham town.FAMOUS DUTCH PLAYERS Love To Make Noise  resident house band based in Englefield Green,   characterised by melodic,  mathy guitar work, loose drums, dark synths   and extended jams.
