Gyratory System is a live/electronica project started by Andrew Blick (production, trumpet, sound treatments).

Featuring a range of musicians including live instrumentalists Robin Blick (reeds, brass) and James Weaver (bass, synthesiser) Gyratory System have released two critically acclaimed albums; 'The Sound-Board Breathes' in 2009 and 'New Harmony' in 2011.

The Sound-Board Breathes

We’ve done it. The album, ‘The Sound-Board Breathes’ has been mastered and sent over to our friends at Angular.

So it’s finally complete, after two years of writing, recording and gigging.

Some tracks on it you will have heard, others are completely new. It’s coming out in October. We’ve already started on the next one!

In case you were wondering, the title is a line from Milton, Paradise Lost.

If you want to hear a preview, come and see us live at the Macbeth, Hoxton this Saturday.
